We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, weather conditions, or project feasibility.

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by DependaCrew Owensboro Concrete are based on the information you provide and our initial assessment. Final pricing may vary if actual site conditions differ from what was represented or discovered during the estimate. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding with work that affects the quoted price.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to change based on material costs and scheduling availability.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, a deposit may be required to schedule your project, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Any late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Kentucky law.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs. We will work with you to reschedule when possible, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

Your Responsibilities

As the property owner or authorized representative, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and project requirements
• Ensure access to the work area on scheduled dates
• Obtain any necessary permits or approvals required by local authorities
• Keep children and pets away from the work area for safety
• Notify us immediately of any concerns during the project

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. DependaCrew Owensboro Concrete provides a workmanship warranty as outlined in your service agreement. This warranty covers defects in our installation and does not cover damage caused by improper use, natural settling, extreme weather events, or lack of proper maintenance. Specific warranty terms will be provided with your project contract.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DependaCrew Owensboro Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
